📌Job Scope:

• Handle general campaigns enquiries via emails

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

📌Requirements

• Min GCE O' Level or Nitec above

• Able to start ASAP, commit 3 months
