3D Architectural artist cum project manager

Responsibilities:

·        Project co-ordination and monitoring of work schedule to ensure on time completion.

·        Develop and maintain good relationship with clients.

·        Prepare requirement drawings (for LED panels or projector) and necessary documents

·        On site monitoring of work progress.

·        Attend site meetings and coordinate between sub-contractors and consultants

·        Troubleshoot defects and problem solving.

·        Project planning and scheduling

·        Any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

·        Min Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.

·        Min 1 year working experience in related field.

·        Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, 3D/Sketchup

·        Preferred to have driving license 

·        Can communicate in Chinese and English 

·        Preferred to have knowledge in LED panel, projector and relevant product 

·        Strong communication and coordination skills

*Able to liase with mandarin speaking clients*

Singapore citizen/Singapore PR welomed

Salary: $2800-$3500 based on experience

Venue: Ubi area/Macpherson area
