Overview
Duties
- Handle full spectrum of accounts AR and AP
- Handle petty cash and expense claims
- Assist with GST quarterly submission and filing
- Inventory management (keying of purchase and sales invoices into our system)
- Handle shipping duties (issue purchase orders, arrange for import and export shipments as well as receiving stocks)
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Managing Director
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who is willing to learn
- Must be organised and meticulous to handle document filing properly
- Tech savvy: able to effectively use Microsoft 365 software
- All nationalities may apply
