Overview
Working Location: Buona Vista
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Key responsibilities
1.Track and chase vendor invoice submission into tradeshift
2.Update internal finance invoice tracker for vendor and client billing
3.Monthly reconciliation of all vendor and billing to client
4.Coding of vendor invoice in Tradeshift
5.Administer Purchase orders and payment management
6.Good received of PO in Maximo
7.Submission of invoices and tracking
8.Maintain a finance master tracker
9.Compile monthly operations report
10. Any other ad-hoc duties or task assigned by General Service manager
Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required
·Minimuma Diploma in Facilities Management or its equivalent
·A proven background in the field of facility or similar related discipline
·Working knowledge of the statutory requirements and their application in OH&S and knowledge of government agencies and key client framework
·Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Access
·Excellent time management and teamwork skills
·Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice
·Excellent grooming and personal hygiene standards
·Self motivated and lateral thinking
·Languages: English Fluent. Bilingual will be advantageous.
