Facilities Supervisor - Retail Mall - Immediate Start [STH]

About the Company:

Our client is a globally integrated real estate and investment group with core expertise in shaping cities and creating strong and connected communities. They have done several commercial building projects in Singapore since year 2000. Now, they are looking for Building Technicians to support one of their commercial building.

Salary: Up to $3,000

Working hours: retail hours rotating shift

Location: Marine Parade

Your Responsibilities:

✔️ Supervise a team of in-house and term contractors for various facilities functions

✔️ Assist in daily activities for facilities team and to work with Engineering Team on defects management / rectification

✔️ To monitor and update on maintenance schedule for term contracts. Provide reports on a timely manner (defects, incidents, carpark income etc)

✔️ Regular briefings / meetings with contractors, outsourced and in-house staff, rostering of facilities staff, processing of overtime claims, invoices etc.

✔️ Assist on obtaining quotations from contractors and review their job scopes and specifications

✔️ Liaise with authorities, contractors/vendor, staff and tenants where applicable

✔️ Support team in ad-hoc, routine and emergency work where necessary

Requirements:

✔️ Possess good communication skills (with good written & spoken English) and be able to relate to different levels of people.

✔️ Ability to handle difficult situations and work well in fast-paced environment

✔️ Must be prepared to perform shifts and work on weekends and public holidays.

✔️ Minimum 3 years’ experience in shopping centre management or relevant industry experience
