✏️ Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Shipyard for vessel and topsides, involved in coordination for all disciplines integration scope in Oil & Gas industry.
• Good interpersonal skill, able to communicate to different discipline staffs
• Familiar with office software (word, Excel, PPT)
• Good command of English or Chinese
• Potential to work in China

✅ Job Responsibilities:

• Reports to Integration Manager IM.
• Assist IM for all day-to-day construction, operational and administration activities at site.
• Work with Client construction engineers and project engineer wrt schedule, construction method and construction arrangement.
• Assist IM in weekly integration project review, progress reporting and scheduling.
• Attend daily VSCC meeting wrt integration activities and coordinate with all disciplnes.
• Follow up and coordinate with all discipline for weekly project meeting issues.
• Assist IM in coordinating with all discipline wrt integration works.
• Prepare method statements and coordinate for heavy lifting and marine operations.
• Assist IM for module-to-module & module-to-vessel hook ups and mechanical completion with all disciplines.
• Monitor and feedback to IM of sub-contractor in terms of productivity, safety, regulations, quality and schedule.
• Monitor progress; instruct supervisor and foreman on safety and quality matters.
• Promote safety and quality awareness.
• Any other tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time by reporting officer.
• Assist IM in preparing integration methodology and method statements.
• Assist IM in providing assistance and coordination to client for pre-commissioning and commissioning (client scope) activities.
