IT Executive - East / 5 Days/ Up to S$3500

* An established Manufacturing MNC

* Work Location: East/ 5 Days Week

* Salary: Up to $3500 + Fixed AWS + Variable Bonus + Attractive Staff Benefits

Job Responsibilities:

1. To provide support for daily IT operation

a. User IT issue

b. Network issue

c. Printer issue

d. IT asset maintenance

e. Keyphone system maintenance

f. CCTV & Finger print system maintenance

2. To maintain, support, optimize and migration (if necessary) server & system

3. To maintain, support and optimize firewall

4. To maintain all kind of IT software/hardware renewal

5. To source, plan & implement for any new software/hardware change if necessary

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma holder in IT discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Strong technical background in ICT foundation and support
• Preferably to have general SAP software knowledge
• Knowledgeable of best practices in general IT and end user support
• Ability to work well independently and as a team

Knowledge needed:

1. Windows Server 2003, 2008 & 2012

2. Exchange 2010

3. Windows Server Hyper-V

4. Windows 7 to 10 and Office 2010 to 2016

5. Active Directory, DHCP, DNS & group policy management

6. Symantec Endpoint Protection

7. Basic SQL database knowledge

8. Basic batch script writing
