Job Description

The job holder’s role is setting out the day to day operations relating to Cards and Loans Account Opening Post Approval process such as:

• General admin and system maintenances
• Suspense reconciliations and various MI reporting
• Checking on exception reports in OnDemand systems
• Handling of feedbacks and enquiries from both internal customers
• Investigate complaints with resolutions purposes
• Report any adverse circumstances / process immediately to direct supervisors
