Operator/Technician/Quality Assurance - 15 Headcounts for Permanent positions

Benefits: 14 days AL, 13th Month Bonus + Performance Bonus

Location: Woodlands

Working Hours: Mon to Fri + Alternate Saturdays

Morning: 6.50am – 3.05pm (able to choose shift)

Noon: 2.50pm – 11.05pm (able to choose shift)

Night: 10.50pm – 7.05am (able to choose shift)

5x Operator (No experience needed)

Salary: $1,800 to $2,100

• Preparing of raw material 
• Operates and maintains press machine according to instruction and schedule
• Conduct quality checks against Standard – sorts and rejects of products
• Other tasks as assigned by management

5x Quality Assurance (1-2 years experience minimum)

Salary: $2000 to $2,300

• Conduct parts measurement
• Conduct visual inspection
• Daily production line patrolling
• Perform in-house calibration
• Documents updating / maintenance, including test records and reports
• Housekeeping

5x Senior Technician (2-3 years of technician experience)

Salary: Up to $3,200

• Good knowledge of Electrical, PLC circuits, troubleshoot electrical related problems to our machines, motors and pumps etc.
• Troubleshoot mechanical related problems to all types of stamping machine and equipment in a safe, timely and professional manner
• Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery such as sheet-fed presses, conveyor systems, lubrication system etc. using hand tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Assist and perform in the development of preventative maintenance schedules (PM).
• Plan / prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time.
• General knowledge of setting up and operating machine tools such as small lathes, milling machines, and drill presses to manufacture component parts or re-machine existing parts.
