Responsibilities

• Assisting in the identification of clients’ needs
• Preparing and analyzing project costings for tenders
• Preparing tender and contract documents with the client and/or architect, including bills for quantities
• Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set timeline
• Negotiating contracts and work schedules
• Assigning work to subcontractors

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in QS or Construction related
• At least 1 year of QS working experience
• QS graduate with no experience welcome to apply
