Senior Warehouse Officer / Warehouse Officer 'IMMEDIATE START’

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
• To prepare all documents required for inbound and outbound cargos
• To report and inform customers or any cargo discrepancies
• To perform receiving process for all inbound cargos
• To assist on customers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
• To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
• To send daily/monthly inventory reports to clients on a timely basis
• To upkeep and file related documentations on time and accurately. (E.g. Goods receipt notes, shipping documents and inventory records etc)
• Perform warehousing standards for quality management systems
• Formulate business process solutions to innovate current business processes
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in the logistics industry
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Possess communication skills
• ITE certificate or Diploma holder
• About 2 year of working experience
• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently with people person mindset
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
