Supply Chain Officer- 2000-2500

Responsibilities

1 Responsible for sales order intake, planning of delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery

& commitment to customers' requests.

2 Prepare Procurement Plan base on on-going forecast and demand.

3 Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery base on delivery or shipment plan.

4 Source, negotiate and purchase material for project management.

5 Responsible to compile and prepare sales & purchase data on a monthly basis.

6 Preparation of presentation materials for Management reporting.

7 Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

1 Diploma in Business or Supply Chain Mgt or Logistic.

2 Experience in procurement and planning.

3 Good attitude and willing to take up new responsibility.

4 Able to work in a fast, dynamic business environment.

5 Good communication & written skills.

6 Good IT knowledge e.g. Excel/Macro would be an added advantages.

Shift Type / Work Hours

Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm
