**Urgent -Production Technician(Coating/ Cleaning)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure cleaning/coating process is done according to SOPs
• Ensure the right cleaning/coating chemical is used before commencing cleaning
• Reporting machinery breakdowns to supervisor
• Taking ownership of parts by handling the parts with care
• Ensure MES is accurate and updated
• Ensure quality control when performing cleaning/coating process
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Perform housekeeping before and after work (5S protocol)
• Reporting to Production Lead on the progress
• Informing of any abnormality of parts to technical team immediately
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations, General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.
• No experience / fresh grad are welcome ! (Safety training will be provided)
• 2 Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment
• Able to handle heavy parts (approx.15- 20kg)
• Be able to work well as a team and also work independently when required
• Able to work overtime whenever required 
• Alert, Responsible and self-initiative
