Part Time HR Executive

Overview
Salary: $800 - $1,000
Work Duration: Monday - Friday 2 - 3 days a week between 9am – 6pm
Location: Changi South
Partial work from home arrangement available
Job Description:
- HR generalist work
- Issuance of Adhoc letters and memos
- Coordinating monthly payroll preparation works for Singapore entities
- No Pay Leave / OT/ Allowance / Incentives / Leave balance tabulation
- Checking of Payroll for Singapore entities
- Filing of monthly payroll records in respective files
- Checking of payroll for overseas subsidiaries
- Filing of monthly payroll records in respective files
- Arrange signatures for approval of subsidiaries’ payroll
- Leave administration and monitoring
- Monthly attendance reports, esp Absence Without Leave and Lateness reports
- Update monthly Excel reports for any amendments to headcount, foreigners and other staff database. Updating MOM with foreign staff addresses monthly as and when there’s amendments
- Handle clearance forms for employees on their last day of service and inform IT department to remove email and system access. For foreigners, to handle tax clearance and cancellation of work pass where applicable
- Final exit interview
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred or any relevant business field
- At least 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist and payroll management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel, V look up and Pivot Table
- Well verse in Paymaster payroll software
- Stay current on statutory and labour market changes and trends
- Strong written and oral communication
- Effective presentation and communication skills with people at all levels
