The Opportunity

• This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading technology companies in Asia that specializes in Internet-related services and products and mobile payments platform.
• Working hrs: Mon - Fri (Office hours)
• Office Location: Central (Bishan)

The Talent:

• Meticulous and detailed
• Strong customer service background desired
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast changing environment

The Job:

• Make inbound or outbound calls to potential customers
• Assist in data entry and documentation of applicants
• Answer enquiries from merchants 
• Highlight any problems or escalations to management
• Has knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in pivot table and vlookup highly preferred
