Responsibilities: - Responsible for delivery management and site supervision - Supervise the delivery and installation at site to ensure safety, schedule, working procedures and quality control are strictly followed by the service providers/installation contractors - Liaise with all relevant parties regarding delivery arrangement and installation arrangement. - Attend site meeting, monitor work progress, prepare site report, photo record, working schedule and relevant documents as required - Perform ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: - Qualified Site Supervisor (e.g. Bizsafe Level 2, WSHO, EHS Personnel, etc.) - Experience in site project coordination, experience in carpets industry is preferred - Well versed in AutoCad and MS Office/Excel - Good command of both spoken and written English and knowledge of Mandarin - Willing to work at night shift and public holiday when it's necessary We offer 5-day working week.
