📍 Job Details:

Location: Kallang

Working Hrs: Mon-Fri: 830-6pm, Sat: 830-1230pm

Basic: $2500 + $100 allowance

📍Job Scope:

- Attend inbound calls, provided assistance and addressed caller enquires

- Consistently deliver quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction

- Provide necessary information and solutions

- Follow-up on cases when necessary

📍Requirements:

✅ Some call centre/CSO experience

✅ Only Singaporean may apply
