Looking for Temp Patient Service Associates based in Hospitals/Polyclinics!

Location: West

Working Hours: Clinic Hours, Up to 5.5 Days Work Week

Job Description:

• Digital scanning and archival of patient documents

• Assist with patients’ registration at self-registration kiosk, and payment at self-payment kiosk.

• Educate and promote patients on mobile apps and payment.

• Provide administrative support as and when required.

• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min A Level/NITEC/Diploma in Health Services Management or equivalent

• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude

• Those with customer service experience will have advantage

• Comfortable working in all healthcare settings and standing long hours
