Looking for a Locum Admin Assistant, for MNC in the Pharmaceutical Research Industry!

Convertible to 1 Year Renewable Contract after 3-6 Months!

Location: West (one-north)

Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm

Job Description:

• Provide general admin support for the Clinical Research Unit (CRU)
• Maintain the CRU office, pantry and consumables supplies, to ensure sufficient stocks are available to support any study and operational activities
• Assist the study team to order meals for study objects
• To raise on-board and off-board organisation change form for new hire/transfer
• Prepare pre-onboarding and on-boarding of new hires
• Initiates and coordinates orientation program for new employees
• Assist in external course registration
• Creation of SharePoint Distribution Group
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O/A Level/Diploma and above
• Applicants with administrative experience preferred
• Possess good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
