Job Scopes:

• To follow up and do discussions on clinical related issues
• Coordinate with bed management unit to request beds
• Admission and discharge process
• Involve in planning, assessment and monitoring of the programme.
• Scheduling of appointments and follow up with appointments
• Support clinicians by retrieving and disseminating documents to via call, email, fax or upload to system
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum possess of Diploma or in any other relevant discipline
• Comfortable to work in hospital or clinic settings
• Must be comfortable to work based on activation (2-5 days per week)
