• Handle general campaigns enquiries via emails

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assignedZ

⛅️Requirements⛅️

• Minimally Nitec qualifications

• Call-center experince is preferred

• Able to commit 12 months

• Singaporeans only
