Key Responsibilities:

·Handling of incoming and outgoing shipment: create sales invoice, packing list, goods received and sales/purchases return in ERP system.

·Arrange and liaise with freight forwarders on shipment bookings:

Import : follow-ups on shipment arrival schedule

Export : follow-ups on complete sets of shipping document (e.g. AWB/BL, export permit and LC)

·Conduct final checking of cargo and shipment document

·Data entry into Excel file for Purchase and Sales

·Data processing of shipping document in ERP system

·any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with excellent learning attitude are welcome to apply, as training will be provided

·No minimum education required.

·Candidates with knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office will have added advantage.

·Meticulous and accurate

·Good command of English (read and write)

·Candidates who are able to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage, in view of business communication with the Mandarin speaking associates
