Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary: Up to $2000/month

Duties

- Being the front-of-line liaison person working with our agency force for the various projects assigned.

- Under a mentorship buddy system with the Events project manager as the second point-of-contact.

- Managing the workflow and preparing documents for various training reimbursement.

- Maintaining documentation for all events systematically.

- Ensuring all projects’ administrative timelines are adhered to.

Requirements

-Min ITE/Diploma/Degree in any field

-Able to commit for 3 months
