Working Hours: 10am-7pm/2pm-10pm/10am-10pm (Flexi-hours)

Job Description:

• Demonstrate professional front line customer service
• Attend to customers and answer any enquiries
• Familiarise with products and gain product knowledge
• Recommend or promote appropriate products to customers according to their needs
• Maintain the tidiness of the retail front and ensure a pleasant environment
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min O/A Level/Diploma
• Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
• Those with customer service experience will have advantage
• Comfortable working in retail settings
