Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Account Executive.
• To manage, maintain and grow the Company's effectiveness on day-to-day operations of accounting and finance activities primarily through accounting and related software.
• Review supplier's invoices, staff claims and payments.
• Coordinate and liaise to other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries or problems that arise.
• Backup support for AR invoicing, receipts and FOC/credit limit checks.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing at month end.
• Carry out other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in related industry.
• Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.
• Knowing in Auto Count software will be advantageous.
• Able to work at Kepong, WP Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

The company will be moving soon to Rawang.
