Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform office duties eg, answering phone calls, responding to emails and processing mails
  • Manage accounts receivables and accounts payable
  • Prepare tax invoices, petty cash, payment vouchers and cheques
  • Keeping financial records updated, reconciling bank statements and preparing quarterly GST reports
  • Monitor overdue customer accounts
  • Coordinate and work with auditors closely to complete yearly financial report
  • Maintain good documentation and filing system
  • Able to support ad-hoc duties

Requirements

  • Can work independently
  • Strong time management
  • Proficient in MS Office & Autocount system is an advantage
  • Minimum O'Level and Basic accounting knowledge
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm

Location: Our office is located at King George's Avenue, nearest MRT stations are Lavender MRT station and Bendemeer MRT station
