locaton : pioneer

salary range : $3500 - $4500 (nego)

responsibilities:

• preparation of full set of accounts
• perform daily accounting & finance duties including billing, and payables processes, general ledger and bank reconciliation, etc.
• daily accounts payable functions such as giro payment and bank transfers
• handle staff claims reimbursement.
• prepare monthly financial report and ar aging report for review and manage outstanding ar.
• liaise with suppliers, accounting tax agents and any other third party, as required.
• complied timely and accurate submission of quarterly gst returns
• process monthly payroll, payslips and maintain & update employee records i.e. leave, allowance and payroll related
• submission cpf monthly and iras ais yearly.
• and others-hoc hr duties

requirements:

• min diploma / lcci in accounting
• at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience
• experience in dynamics 365 business central& info-techsoftware is a plus
