Job Description
• Execute programs including SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, webinars and events, partner activities and marketing automation.
• Assist in brand development initiatives, customer enquiries and all marketing related activities.
• Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans with team (for both offline and online marketing events for customers).
• Coordinate and assist in all company events, roadshows and marketing campaigns.
• In-charge of stock take, packing of customers' orders and inventory management (for online platforms orders).
• Support Marketing Director and Marketing Team on administrative and general logistics arrangement.
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, social media campaigns and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
Requirements
• Min. Diploma with at least 2 years working experiences ideally in retail or F&B industries.
• Proficient in design software like Canva (basic).
• Proficient in Social Media platforms like FB, Tik Tok, Instagram, etc.
• Must be able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
