Position Title: Solution Sales Representative/ IT Sales Representative

Working Location: Ubi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM

Salary Package: Basic + Commision + Performance Bonus

Duration: Permanent/ Contract (Open for discussion)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and create sales opportunities from assigned and prospect accounts.

Build and strengthen partners’ relationships to achieve long-term partnerships

Assist company Management to Identifying and develop new partners to support the company's channel strategy

Promote and create awareness of the company's branding & products portfolio

Have a keen understanding of customers' needs, collaborate with technical engineers to provide prompt and suitable solutions to grow sales revenues.

Achieve defined periodic targets for customer acquisition, sales revenue and other sales-related activities.

Ensure the excellent follow up in the entire sales lifecycle based on company defined expectation, timeline, standard

Requirement

At least Diploma in Computer and/or Information Technology, Sales or Marketing

Minimum 1 year of IT/ Cybersecurity Sales experience is an advantage

Experience in IT Channel management or Account management is a plus

Prior experience working in distributor environment is a plus

Possess knowledge of Network / Security products is an added advantage

Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates.

• Involve in the Work Flow of Sales/Purchase
• Churning out Quotation, Sales Order, Purchase Order, Tax Invoice, Delivery Order, Packing List and Documentation.

TaF.tc is looking for a Accounts Manager to head our Accounts Department. You will be responsible for the overall financial health of the Company as well as managing our Accounts Department. As a TaF.tc Accounts Manager, you'll play a key role in providing financial guidance and support by providing reporting and analysis that helps the management make strategic decisions for the Company.

Here's What You'll Do Day to Day

·Overseeing and reviewing works done by the Finance Team

·Liaising with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance of statutory requirements

·Liaising with bankers, corporate secretary and other government agencies whenever required

·Producing financial reports for account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc

·Monitor the day-to-day financial operations of the Company

·Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual management reports

·Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislations

·Preparation of payroll, regulatory and tax filings

·Review inter-company transactions and inter-company balances

·Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Here's What is Required

·Degree in Finance/Accounting or related fields

·Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

·3-5 years of work experience and 1-2 years of managerial experience

·Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Xero

Working Hours: 10:00am to 6:00pm (Full Day CC) / 2:00pm to 6:00pm (Half Day CC)

Location: Community Centres Islandwide

Role 1: Perm Staff with Fixed Location

- 3 working days a week

- $8/hour (CPF Inclusive)

Role 2: Adhoc Staff with NO Fixed Working Days and Location

- Only take the job if you are free to work on the dates

- $8-9/hour (Depending on activation time)

TOKENS AMBASSADORS REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to speak English and Mother Tongue

- Need to be proficient in using mobile apps and mobile phone

- Patient in dealing with questions or concerns from members of the public

- Must be physically fit to be able to set up counters with tables and chairs

- Training provided

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Help facilitate with the collection of TraceTogether tokens.

- Assist the public with queries related to TraceTogether token.

- Account for the number of tokens that have been collected daily.

- Daily opening and closing to account for the number of tokens and transactions.

- Weekly and monthly stocktake to account for number of tokens and transactions.

* Participants will be required to attend a zoom training session
