Roles & Responsibilities
·Interact with customers pertaining to enquiries and follow-up actions.
·To maintain data base of customers , updating records.
·Prepare quotation, work order, invoices and delivery order.
·To source parts and issued purchase order to suppliers.
·To control and update inventories records.
·Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by management.
·Candidate must able at least possess a GCE ‘O’ level ,higher
Secondary /Pre-U/‘A’ level , certificate in Office Skills or equivalent .
·Computer literate, proficiency in MS Office applications.
·Min 2 years working experience, preferable in manufacturing environment sector .
·Initiative and independent, helpful and courteous.
·Able to communicate, well organized and meticulous.
·Job training will be provided.
·Only Singaporean may apply due to quota limitations.
