We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Fund Operations Team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our general administrative activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Order office supplies as and when required
  • Carry out wire transfer/payment
  • Provide general support
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience is not essential as training will be provided
  • Proficiency in Office 365
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Meticulous and Efficient
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexi work hours
  • Able to start immediately
