Roles and Responsibilities

Report feedback from tenants / purchasers to manager.
-
To co-ordinate with tenants / purchasers on any on-going projects.

To prepare documents required by tenants / purchasers.
-
To co-ordinate with FSM of MCST 651 to arrange for fire drill or related matters.

To co-ordinate with tenants / purchasers on maintenance of vacuum pumps.
-
To co-ordinate with security and MCST 651 staff on the locking of seminar room.
-
To check & order office stationeries / refreshments.
-
To keep and control petty cash float.
-
Typing of documents such as Letter of Offer, Lease Agreement, Minutes, Agenda.

Prepare CNY gifts for manager’s distributions to tenants & purchasers
-
To handover cheque or documents to HQ.
-
To visit Orchard Towers to facilitate viewing (about once in 3 months).
-
To ensure that office equipment is in good working condition.
-
To prepare agenda for Board Meeting – once a year.
-
To prepare agenda for managerment meeting – 2/3 times a month.
-
Arrange or record appointments for office & manager.
-
To liaise with signage supplier on OMSC directories (3 main directory boards, 5 sub-directional boards, 8 location maps & 1 wall mural).

5 days' work week, office hours.
