Roles & Responsibilities
AdminAssistantfor construction company– Jalan besar( 5.5Days)
- open to Singaporean & PR only, english and mandarin bilingual
- Min NLevel
- At least 2 years relevant working experiencein construction
- Computer skills in Word and Excel
- Handle MOM WPOL/EPOL applications/renewals/cancellations, company insurance policies, work compensation claims, medical insurance claims
- prepare quotations, invoices, monthly progress claims, monthly staffs/workers payroll, cpf and income tax submission
- prepare payments and paperworks to accountant for book keepking and GST submission quarterly
- Attend to phone calls, maintain the office stationaries, office machines
- Basic salary : S$ 2500 – S$ 2800 neg
