As Salling Search is growing we are now looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Singapore.
As a company, we have a flat structure and an informal tone in the office. The chosen candidate would be working closely with a team on the day to day tasks and reporting to the Managing Director.
- Advertising jobs on job boards and social media platforms.
- Marketing tasks, including company branding and canvas
- Assisting in formatting CV’s and in constructing job descriptions.
- Carry out clerical duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos and presentations.
- Assisting in updating data in our CRM system.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Liaising with vendors.
- Submitting required data to the Ministry of Manpower.
Expected skills and experience:
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Quick learner, proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications especially in Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Google Drive).
- Basic accounting skills.
