Job Duties:


  • To perform the general clerical disciplines within the Division
  • To provide support to the various Department on Administrative function
  • To prepare customer details for new customer creation
  • To prepare supplier details for new supplier creation
  • To generate sales invoice for customers
  • To prepare and create purchase requisitions
  • Typing & printing of reports and certificates.
  • General Administration for smooth running of the Division
  • Perform any other task when required From time to time


Requirements:


  • Min GCE N/O Level
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative work
