Admin Assistant

5 Day week

Mon - Fri 9-6 pm

Location: Multiple

DUTIES:

• Coordinate and assist in the daily administration duties.
• Ensure documentation and fillings are done in a proper manner.
• Assist in the submission of claims and monitoring company budgets.
• Attend to all incoming calls, enquiries and schedule appointments for meetings.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Only Singaporeans.
