Mon - Fri 9-6 pm
Coordinate and assist in the daily administration duties.
Ensure documentation and fillings are done in a proper manner.
Assist in the submission of claims and monitoring company budgets.
Attend to all incoming calls, enquiries and schedule appointments for meetings.
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Min Diploma in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good communication and organization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
