- MUST BE bilingual in English and Mandarin; to handle Mandarin speaking customers

Salary: From $1,500 to $2,300; commensurate based on experience

Responsibilities:

Admin duties that include (but not limited to) the following:

- Preparing invoices, cheques, quotation

-Filing

- Data entry

- Book keeping

- Preparing payment vouchers

- Attending to customers' inquiries professionally, through emails and calls

Requirements:

- Candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred

- Having accounting knowledge is advantageous

- Customer service oriented

- Multi-tasker with strong admin skills
