Job Description:

  1. Perform administrative duties such as coordinating daily duties and HR related matters
  2. Ensure proper documentation, records and filing
  3. Responding to email, phones queries and etc
  4. Issue customer invoice
  5. Any related adhoc duties assigned by Director

Job Requirements:

  1. Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
  2. Functional in English and Mandarin
  3. Familiar with Wechat apps
  4. Able to multitask and complete work within the timeline with minimal supervision
  5. Able to work independently
  6. Fresh/entry level with good working attitude are welcome to apply.
  7. Able to start immediately

  1. 6 days work week
  2. Work Location: Katong Shopping Centre
