We have a showroom in Sim Lim Tower, with European Smart home products. We are looking for an energetic, friendly and someone with initiative to learn and to serve the general public that walks into our showroom. A very relaxed environment.

  • Perform administrative duties such as sorting of mail/invoices, filing, data entry (ZOHO software)
  • Handle accounts receivable or accounts payable
  • Generate Invoices
  • Liaise with suppliers or customers via email or phone
  • Maintain office daily needs eg, ensure office supplies of paper, envelopes, stationery etc.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
  • Process cheque payments or online transactions
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office,

Requirements:

  • Zoho software knowledge will be an advantage
  • Experience with GST reporting is an advantage
  • Computer literacy eg, microsoft word, excel, outlook
  • Willing to learn and have initiative and be proactive at work
  • Good communication skills for both oral and written in English
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Singaporean or PR is preferred
