Responsibilities

Handle and coordinate active calendars

Schedule and confirm meetings

Ensure file organization based on office protocol

Provide ad hoc support around office as needed

Provide administration support, data entry and customer service duties

Assist in office management and organisation procedures

Coordination of pre/post-event sales calls. Training will be provided
Qualifications
-
Local Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent experience
-
Fresh 'O' levels/ Poly Grads welcome. Training provided. Experience not required.

Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

ADDED Advantage with knowledge in Photoshop and Video Edit

Singaporeans and PR Welcome. Able to liaise with Chinese-Speaking clients.
