Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

Dealing with email enquiries

Data entry

General office management such as ordering stationary

Arranging both internal and external events
-
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

Providing administration support to Sales Reps
-
Support simple IT function, e.g. set up of computer, software installation and take care of the server
-
Monitor and control the factory areas such as pantry, toilets, factory offices
-
Manage general administration matters in the factory and provide support to the factory staff
Requirements
-
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
-
Solid knowledge of office procedures
-
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
-
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Attention to detail
-
High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
