Our client is a well established motor car dealer located at Sin Ming.


Location: Sin Ming Drive

Working hours: Mon to Thu (8:30am - 6pm); Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm) & Alternate Sat (8:30am - 1pm)

Salary: $2500 - $3500 (Depending on experience)


Job Description:



  • Liaison with various insurance companies on all matter relating to motor insurance

  • Assist Sales Consultants in sourcing of insurance quotations for their customers

  • Administering customers motor insurance applications, quotations, renewals and the issuance of Certificate of Insurance (CI)

  • Provide good customer's support to our new and existing clients

  • Generation of reports on all insurance cases

  • Provide timely and regular Motor Insurance Sales Analysis Report

  • Assist in product development and enhancement

  • Ensure insurance premiums are duly paid by customers

  • Other administrative duties


Job Requirements:



  • Minimum Higher Nitec, GCE ‘A’, Diploma

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Knowledge of No Claim Discount (NCD) is an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly motivated and results driven

  • Customer service mindset with positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
