$3000 to $3500 (Monthly)
Responsibilities:
• Perform all office administrative duties including supplier invoicing, data entry, documents filing, book-keeping, copying and scanning
• Generate tax invoice and payment receipt to customer
• Handling telephone enquiries and responding to general e-mails and WhatsApp
• Monitoring and ordering of office supplies and upkeeping office cleanliness
• Other ad-hoc administrative & support duties as assigned by Management
Requirements:
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin
• Preferably Entry Level with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Good with numbers, organized and high-level of attention to detail
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
