Requirement

Minimum 1 year of working experience

Proficient in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Customer-oriented with good communication skills.

Meticulous, neat, and detail-oriented.

On-the-job training will be provided.

Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Proactive, self-disciplined, and able to take initiative.
Responsibilities
-
In charge of general administrative and secretary duties.
-
Handle all emails and phone inquiries pertaining to agency matters.
-
Process insurance applications.
-
Maintain and ensure proper documentation, records, and filling.
-
Able to do basic finance matters.
Work Arrangements

Monday to Friday
-
9am to 6pm
