Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the investment business
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• At least a full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
• At least 21 years old. This is a regulatory requirement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide frontline customer service; greeting visitors, answering queries and directing them accordingly
• Attend to inquiries via walk-ins and phone calls
• Assist in scheduling and booking appointments

• Assist in arranging courier services
