This is a fun and dynamic office work environment.
You will provide back end administrative support to a Financial Services Director. If you are reliable, meticulous, exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills and have an ability to take initiative, this position is for you!
- Able to work at least 2 weekdays office hours 9am to 6pm
- Manage assigned day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Able to carry out simple administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and etc independently
- Must be PC literate
- Other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
- You may be considered for permanent / higher position if you have higher qualification and /or relevant experience
