· Organize and maintain the professional’s schedule

· Data entry

· Maintain and update client files

·Worked closely with financial advisor to develop new customer contact lists and send out mailers to those lists

·Comfortable with phone calls

·Send Emails and documents to the appropriate personnel.

· prepare/ print / scan documents into paperless system

·prepare/ arrange/ order gifts for clients

·Other Adhoc tasks

·Completes tasks in timely manner

· Able to work minimum 6 months- 1 year

Skills: Good digital literacy (familiar with Microsoft office), independent worker, takes initiative, organised, meticulous, able to practice confidentiality, responsible, Ability to multi-task

Part time: 1 day/ week

Salary: $9-12/hour

Work with a friendly, understanding and organized private financial advisor. A conducive space to work will be provided. Working days and hours are flexible and open for discussion.
