Roles & Responsibilities:

·Processing of Customer’s Purchasing Order

·Logistics arrangement of both shipments in and out of Singapore

·Processing of shipping documents in and out of Singapore

·Updating of stock maintenance in excel

·Communication with clients and suppliers

·Processing of Invoices and monthly reports

·Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

·Microsoft Office proficiency, Words and Excels

·Minimum “N” Levels or Equivalent

·Attentive to details, hardworking and able to work independently

·Able to communicate with English and Chinese Mandarin specking clients

·Willingness to learn

·Minimum experience and fresh graduates are welcome
