Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To support day-to-day operations in warehouse, monitor and coordinate deliveries and shipment.
  • To prepare all documents required for inbound and outbound cargos
  • To report and inform customers or any cargo discrepancies
  • To perform receiving process for all inbound cargos
  • To assist on customers’ inquiries via phone call or email.
  • To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Possess communication skills
  • ITE certificate or Diploma holder
  • About 2 year of working experience
  • Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently with people person mindset
  • Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
