Job Description:

Validate contract document with the proper approved CMP & DOA before lodging and sign-off.

Ensure timely processing of registered contracts in accordance to the controls and procedures in place.

Ensure compliance in supporting documentation in the execution of contract lodgement
-
Prepare timely and accurate quarterly IPT report for submission
-
Generate and prepare monthly contract tracking reporting
-
Tracking and stock taking of physical contract documents in the safe keeping room
-
Coordinating and liaising with users on expiring and renewal contract.

Maintain and update registry/Contract Module
-
Consolidate for Regional Countries Contract Register updates for monthly reporting
-
Attend to queries relating to contract management matters and contract governance
Requirements:
-
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
-
At least a few years of working experience and in governance contracts advantage
-
Willing to learn with strong administrative skills
-
Meticulous, able to engage with stakeholders, self-driven, team player
-
Proficient in Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP and PowerPoint
-
Dedicated and committed individual
